Poppies are in full flow now and this field just outside of Bewdley, Worcestershire, is just stunning. Managed by the Worcestershire Wildlife Trust, this site is of great importance for not only wild flowers but also breeding birds.

What a stunning sight that must be! I go happy dancey when I have my little clump burst forth with bloom! Wonderful.

I saw scenes like that last year while I was in Italy. It really is an amazing sight to see.
