Last Wednesday to sunday the Icelandic automotive days were held in the northern part of Iceland. I went there and I'm pretty sure it was one of the best weekends of my life

I had about 30GB of pictures but those turned out to be mostly of ppl because the lighting in the Icelandic summer nights allows some smooth lighting for portraits.

"I blew how many?" During the burnout.

Shooting during the day was hell though, sun was insanely harsh.

Good shots from the event.

the lighting in the Icelandic summer nights allows some smooth lighting for portraits.

You had some nice light for the cars, too, especially on #3 & 7.

I don't see a Silvia in there. That shot of the Dodge Stealth is gorgeous though, could easily be seen in a dealership brochure. Very nice work.

The "silvia" is a R33 Skyline.
And thanks for the nice comments, only lenses used were the sigma 30mm and 12-24... love those 2 to death.

I'm already planning next years trip.

I thought the Silvia and the Skyline were two different cars. The Silvia is also called the 240SX here in the States I believe.

A buddy of mine uploaded this vid shortly after I made the thread, just forgot to tell me.

It's a video we took together of the Dodge stealth pictured above.

Thought I'd rather bump this than making a new thread.
