With massive sadness I've just sold my 85L as although it was my best lens it was my least used lens. Boo hoo
Hmm, now to decide what to get... 135L or 70-200L... Is the f/2.8 mkII *that* good???

Jun 22, 2010 19:16 | #6 From what I have seen and heard, yes the new 70-200 is THAT good. I would get that. Its true that you can add a converter to a 135, but dude, the 70-200 looks just as sharp as the 135. Plus you have a versatile zoom . So sold it. What I have now is the 70-200/4 which I like a lot better and f/4 is still fast enough most of the time, and if it isn't fast enough then even 2.8 is marginal too. So next up for me is either the 100/2 or the 135L. Will probably get the 100 since I prefer the slightly shorter focal length at the moment, but will probably get the 135L eventually too. Steve
