1st Macros ever....

Taken with T2i and Tamron 60mm F2.0. Bought the Tamron mainly for a portrait lens although I have always wanted to do some macro photography.

Here are a few of my test shots from today. Made sure to buy helicon focus in order to stack the images.

Additional help with vanguard 254 ct tripod with the amazing center column and also the kirk l-bracket for the t2i.

Thanks for the comment! There are many faults with these pictures though and I have lots to work on. I am happy with how they turned out for though for a first attempt.
