Here are a few shots taken this weekend from the Flagstaff AZ. area before we had to evacuate due to the fire.

1 western tanager.

Excellent shots Randall! Where in the Flagstaff area were these taken? That Jay must get it's hair done at the same place mine go...heh..heh. Did you make it up here to the Canyon?

Thanks Steve, these were taken Saturday at the Little Elden Horse Camp. As you know The Schultz fire broke out Sunday afternoon and we had to evacuate. After we evauated we just drove back to Las Vegas very much shaken up by the days events. We just hope no harm was done to the birdand animals.

Beautiful tanager, I love the reds of the head blending into the golds of the body... similarly with the blacks and blues of the Stellar's... fine poses and shots Randall...
