Hey everyone. Just stopping by to say 'sup. I've been insane-o busy these last few days. It's budget time and tons of meetings and such.

...I need to vent a little!

So my shutter decided to fail on me this past weekend.

Man, sorry to hear that. Sucks big time.

So now I've killed the thread twice today. Ugh!

I need to vent a little!

So my shutter decided to fail on me this past weekend. Normally not a big deal, but I was on day two of Team Portraits. I didn't realize I was having issues until around 11 am and the problem appears to have started around 8:45 am, so I have about 6 teams that have problems. Now, I take multiples of each kid and not all the photos were affected, but I may have to take some pictures over again if I don't have one that I can use for each kid. Man this sucks! I guess I need to chimp more often. Once I get my settings dialed in I just shoot. :o

Yikes, Mike that sucks! I can imagine the frustration!

I've got nonfunctional cameras scattered all over the place here, but they're all a combination of P&S and "superzoom" compacts. I've never had a DSLR go out on me, I could imagine.

gosh that's FRUSTRATING!

*moves Tony near* <-----here, kick something. It'll make you feel better. ;)

Heh! Huh? Say what? Boy, I stay away for a couple hours and come back and...wowser!

Harm, step up to the bat and invite some trouble, will ya:)?

Amazing show on PBS NOVA right now.

Both the USA and USSR had space-based spy programs during the Cold War. Astronauts were recruited on both sides outside the normal space program loops.

Space viewed as a battlefield as early as 1963. Increadible...
