I though you might like to see this snap.
The original was stolen with my other images and all my camera gear in not-so-friendly Melbourne.
This image is scanned from the magazine article that I wrote and illustrated on an aspect of Animal Behavior.
Due to paper quality, the quality of the scan is not what it should be. My apologies for that.
The theme was that animals don't rush off madly whenever they see a lion. They could after all be running into an ambush of other lions. They watch the lioness but don't run away.
Even the two secretary birds didn't bother to move.
There were six photos with the article. This was the introductory one.

It looks fascinating....... A far off place. There aren't much critiques going on on this board so I so boldly went and posted on photsig...(yikes) I was amazed at the responses. It's amazing how every opinion is so drastically different, but that they "all" serve to help in some way or another. Thanks again. Great photo.
