I finally bought some savage paper rolls (107") and now I don't know the best way to store them when I'm not using them. I smaller house with my upstairs ceilings being 7'-6" high and my basement ceilings being a little higher than 8'. I remember seeing somewhere that storing a paper roll on its side with cause it to warp and settle ...therefore ruining it's seamless appearance. However, I have no possible way to store them vertically.

Any suggestions?

Try storing them on an angle them or leaving it suspended from the background stand.

if you lay it flat it will get a flat spot and won't look seamless anymore.

I wound up getting this:

The only thing i'm concerned with as far as leaving it in the stand is that the cardboard tube that comes with the paper roll will sag in the middle if i leave it suspended constantly.

I'll have to make some room under the downstairs closet and see if i can get them gently wedged on an angle in there. Thanks for confirming that i shouldn't leave them lay horizontal.

I use fishing rod tubes for the shorter widths 6-7ft and 4" rainwater downpipes for the wider lengths. With rain water pipe you can probably get up to 4mtr lenghts before having to join.

I leave my white one on the stand since I use it more and keep the black roll in the storage tube it came in, no problems keeping it that way yet.
