It split into 2 pieces on impact and looks busted up. Im not sure if Canon can fix this time. I think it might be dead. Your thoughts???

This doesn't seem like a very tricky fix, it seems like some cheap plastic broke (hopefully none of the circuitry). Canon XTi | Canon 28-80mm 2.8-4.0 L (mint condition and for sale $500)
