bpaulette Senior Member More info | Jun 26, 2010 12:55 | #3 Well, all things aren't equal (close, but not totally equal). Depends what you want to do with it. The 5D2 has a larger sensor (full frame, more dof and slightly better low-light performance), the 7D has a few more bells and whistles that the 5d doesn't have at all. 60fps, digital level. If your glass is mostly ef-s, and you want to do slow-motion, I'd go with the 7D. If your glass is ef, and you want the wider frame, and don't care about slow-mo, or plan to do a lot of low-light shooting, I'd go with the 5d2. - BP -

Its a tough call. Hah, thats a great video. Yeah some good slo-mo can make anything look epic! My Tools

Jun 26, 2010 15:08 | #12 Kento how is the video quality on that 17-55 2.8? I think i have seen some photos with that lens but they seemed a bit lacking in contrast.
