I would work on reducing the noise but retain or even sharpen more via unsharp mask to enhance the detail of the embroidery. Experiment with curves and saturation to bring out the buttery velvet texture.

Overall, the lighting is good, a little more time spent on PP would make a world of difference. If you have bracketed your shots, HDR is certainly a possibility.

I'd call this image ' Cow Eating Grass '.
