the 6MDH WILL NOT fit the t1I/t2i with a 70-200mm lens I had to sell mine the day I bought it because of this, get the 7MDH

I just bought the brown/orange/blue one.

Awesome bag. Perfect for my light and travel-friendly purpose setup. I was so skeptical on buying Crumpler, as I'm always looking for stealth black bags, but this one I fell in love with.

That's a big bag for a small camera body, 2 lenses and a flash.

Perhaps, but if the OP is anything like the rest of us, his new 7MDH will be too small before long. :)

That's why we have more than 1 bag :-)

It's not that big at all, to me the 6mdh is a bit small but the 7mdh is just right. :)

+1 - The 6 is too small and the 8 is too deep.. Man I'm still so happy with the Crumpler.. After all these years of denying Crumpler my dollars..

Maybe with the 70-200 attached to the camera and in the bag, but I spent the last 1 week+ shooting a jazz festival with a 5DII + grip + Tamron 28-75 + 300 F4IS + 70-200 F4IS and the 6 worked out perfectly. Easy to get lens's in and out and swap while shooting.

Having a lens atrtached to the camera in the bag doesn't give me anything so, the body is stored lensless. I am either shooting or not so having to have a camera in the bag, ready to go, is not a priority.

Does it close nicely also? If possible, can you post a picture for me? Thank you.

I currently got a Swiss bag but it's kinda small for a T2i with 70-200 F4L attached and would like to know if the Crumpler 7 million would be big enouf for me to store T2i with 70-200 attach? Some extra stuff I would like to carry, 18-55 kit lense, 430 ex flash, and nifty-fifty?

Thanks.

I can fit my 5d mark2 with 70-200 IS F4 L attached with no problems. I have the new version with the green guts and 2 latches. It has been a great bag for me but it is now getting tight for me especially when some of my lenses are fat. I will be retiring my 7 million dollar home when my retrospective 30 eventually comes in. IMO, Crumpler bags look awesome.

7 MDH is an awesome bag. Here is what I pack into it:

  1. 5D MK II Body
  2. 100mm f/2.8 L IS
  3. 70-200mm f/4L IS with tripod mount and hood (reversed)
  4. 24-105 f/4L IS with hood (reversed)
  5. 17-40L without hood (but packed into one of the pockets)
  6. 35mm f/2
  7. 580EX
  8. Square ND filters
This set up is definitely hard on the shoulders, but feels great to carry all your lenses and with easy access to any of them.

I never upgraded, but the 7MDH is bigger it will fit no doubt.
