Hi there, I was wondering if anyone could help me:
I need to provide a photo for something but need to use an old photo (as in film not B&W lol) but I know you can use a lot of quality...
Is there anyone who, if I emailed them the scanned photo, edit it and make the quality better- or is this wishful witchcraft :D

The scanning would be the most critical part: If the scan is good, the result can be good. If the scan is bad, so will be the results.

Why not post a low-res version and a link to a high res, with an explanation of what you need done?
