As of lately most of the time I'm working, I am usually sober, kinda cranky, If I'm not drinkings then drunk people annoy me to no end. When I'm working for someone (usually a racist promoter) I have to play by their rules so it usually kills my creativity. Most promoters around here only want those passe shots of a jersey shore looking couples, plastering on a fake smile and standing in a awkward pose. lol I yearn for the day I can quit working for these some of these dbags and kindly inform them that real men don't wear Rhinestone. So generally I am counting the minutes till I get paid and can leave. How ever in the past when I was actually inspired and enthused to shoot, I'd have a blast, Most the bars/clubs I'd go to would give me open bar privileges so alcohol was never a problem. and I feel like when I am actually having a good time and try to get a picture, my excitement and energy passes on to the person I'm photographing; which translates into the picture. During those days I feel my work had much more emotion in them, but maybe not as technically clean. o as for " im drunk wyhooooo show me your cleavage girls" lol in my hay day I'd be able to average 2 maybe 3 topless girls a month he he, Chris will vouch on this one . Hopefully soon I'll find some sort of new inspiration and get my head back in the game. Shea Flynn

The thing with me is that if I start drinking, I do not want to stop and that's when the photos start to suffer. I know this first hand. In a club, there's so much going on that I have to concentrate on it all because I feel that I may miss something. I know that you are out there to have fun but with me, there's a lot of stuff going on in my head that I am not going to get into at the moment that interferes with me having an absolute blast. At my worst, I have left gigs just because I am not feeling it and that is not right, at least in my case. I find myself waiting for the night to be over so I can get paid and go home. There have been nights in which I "snap" out of it and do my job and have a great time. Just hasn't happened in a while:/ Canon 40D Gripped/Tokina 11-16mm F2.8/600EX RT/One Minnen Ratta and other goodies.
