Something to keep in mind, you can usually coax girls into photos... even if they say no the first time. just have to ask a few times, and keep changing up your approach... raѕιdel ѕlιĸa f l i c k r

I thought about asking them if they needed a photographer, but after going in there, I'm glad I didn't. Also noticed a dude walking around there with a T3i, kit lens and flash (not sure which one). At least he was tall enough to get over the heads of people in the crowd. No way I'd want to take pics in a place like that, nowhere to move around. Ive photographed at MIA before, not my favorite of places, the light guy smokes the place entirely to much and really doesnt vibe well with the DJs. the Plus 1 girls up here actually LOVE having their photo taken, in fact at times they just follow me about lol but saying that, i think the management here make sure they like having their photo taken before they hire them
It also helps if they have friends around, you just kinda ask them to ask their friend to do a photo, it becomes like a game sometimes. Just go for it.
