Johnny, is that grain from the ISO settings or do you add grain in post?

Obviously you use a high ISO level (but damn, that still looks gorgeous om the 5d3)

Done quite a lot in PP including curves, grain, NR, selective sharpening, split toning etc. I have started shooting some film out of my own interest (think the film is my hobby and the digital is my work now ha!) and trying to take some elements of the film look in to my digital...but not overly so. Here are some film shots and you may see what I have been getting at:

You still can't really emulate real filmgrain sadly.

so as i am delving more into learning post processing etc. I've got a question here.

This guy is a photographer I know in the Netherlands. His work is very good and it's due to him that I got the Lumiquest ProMax system.

Now i'm wondering, how exactly would one describe this post processing look? My native language is dutch so I can't really think of the right words of this style, and wish to learn how to attain it (mostly because I want to learn more about post processing etc)
