Dealextreme shipping time?

It seems like a lot of people around here have ordered from dealextreme. I ordered a YongNuo flash from them, but it's been almost 4 weeks since I ordered it and it still hasn't arrived. I've ordered things from China that have taken ~3 weeks to arrive, so i didnt think much of it, but this is getting pretty ridiculous.

For those of you who've purchased from them, is this normal?

It can be a long wait. But the money you save kinda makes it worth the wait.

I have had things take over 6 weeks from DX and as short as 3.

Shipping is long. But when I order from them, I order and forget, then get anice surprise a month down the road Don't worry!

its taken from a month to 8 weeks to get my orders.

it varies a lot sometimes as little as 2-3 wk, other times 2-3 months
for the price i think its worth the wait

I placed an order in Feb. received all items but one in two weeks. I still have not received the last item. I have sent three emails with no response. I guess it is hit or miss!

From what I understand they are a compiler. They dont keep any stock but gather the items from the suppliers after you order. If they have trouble getting the item it delays the shipping. They are also very poor at communicating the status of an order.
