Your little guy is very cute. For me, in the first shot, I'd clone out the drool and the moisture beneath the lip unless you like it in there, but the expression is what is great to me. In the second - fantastic. Maybe lighten the highlights in his eyes a touch. The third is underexposed in the upper portion of his face/eyes which could be fixed in LR or PS pretty easily. Again, brighten the catchlight in the eyes. Always the eyes will make or break the photo - or at least take an average photo and make people say "wow."
