Good idea, here's my approach to 28L at Port Columbus in the rain...

Wow I would love to fly in AZ.

I bet we all have a bunch of pictures about this. And i am not even a pilot!!!!!

I've got tons shot from commercial flights but looking sideways isn't anywhere near as interesting as the view from the "pointy part."

Yeah hopefully some of the commercial pilots on here can dazzle us.

Personally, I hope they're all a little too busy to be shooting at that point in the flight...

(And for those who may have never seen it, there exsists already a "Show Us Your Best In-Flight Shots" thread around here somewhere. Granted, landing is different.)

I saw it, an i have also lots of in flight pictures...but landing is better i guess.

Haha yeah, I've seen some good ones on A.net of that though. Maybe more on foreign airlines than US

Yeah, the FAA tends to frown on "non vital" cockpit activities below 10K feet...

LOL, since i am not the pilot, when i am flying and i am not part of the crew, well i just walk in the cockpit and start shooting. Of course i dont even say a word to anybody and try to not be noticed....but with some of them they even call me when they thing i can get a good shot. Anyway i have so much fun doing it.
BTW, my main job is not related to planes, helicopters or anything you could guess by seeing my posts. Its just that planes are so good to be shot with a camera....and the pictures of my job would be erased by POTN ( Not porn just in case....)

That's a good look Scott. I've only seen it from the ring road between Turns 1 and 2 and when driving past it really fast to get the hell out of the track!
