Notice there is not a thread for this already, I combined S2-S5 because they use the same lens. Also wondering how many people on this forum are still using these cameras(I think not many, so don't want dilute the posts). I still use mine, and I love it.

Nice stuff! Really like the sunset over industrial land. And the flowers, great detail & DOF, colors!

Hello! I'm still using my S5 and I love it. I feel like I can do so much with it, and it's a great camera to learn with I think. Here are some of my favorite shots with it so far:

AnimalGurl,
Love the snake and the lion shot, I used my S5 to shoot birds sometimes and found it quite hard to focus properly.

3canons,
Yay! Nice pictures as well, last one was my favorite.

Nice composition and sharp Tom.
Somehow I noticed S series shoot richer colour and sharper than SXs. Most of the time when I use SX10 especially sunny and bright objects, I have to lower the exposure by 1 stop otherwise I'll get everything look washed out. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Most of the late model Canons I've owned I always set EC at least -1/3 or -2/3 in bright outdoor light and it does help. Maybe the late model processors are more "tuned" to better low light performance? Really not sure.

Thanks for the compliments. That shot was at f/8 no less. Wish I still had the S2..nice camera.

SuperMacro on that thing was ****ing unreal. I haven't owned one in years, but for what it was it was great.
