It has been a while since I have shot any automobiles, but I think my work and skill have grown since my last time. The set doesn't hurt my cause either.

Let me know how I can improve these photos.

great background but it dominates the bike.... since its white. If it was a bright color like red or blue or yellow those shots would have been perfect.

Perfect setting for this bike_ period. I only wish the 1st didn't have the ceiling showing to the top right corner of the image. Maybe reshoot again? I'd also like to see a profile shot of the bike against this wall.

If it was a bright color like red or blue or yellow

That might work. One shot w/normal CB & one w/tungsten. Then blend them together.

interesting effect, but I'm not really digging it.

I can see what you mean about it being "lost", but I don't really agree. While I was working on the photo I tried to make the background a different color, but I didn't like the way it turned out, so I left it intact.

Second shot is perfect.

The background and lighting in the first shot is way too overbearing and sort of ruins the overall picture.

Oklahoma City. It is a Rowing/Boating club.

How would you fix it then? Because I try to change it, and I keep coming back to the original. I have had the "overbearing" one as my wallpaper as soon as I finished it.

The pics are great, the background is fine to me.

I like the angle of the background in #1, with the angle of the bike in #2. Problem is the white blown areas compete with the white bike for attention. You need to be aware of that sort of thing when you're shooting & take two exposures so you have something to work with in PS.

I took 8 photos in that position 3 bracketed for an HDR background and several of the bike strobed from various angles. Number two is PP'd in that technique, where as number 1 is only two photos. I had to fix a shadow on the bike.

I was flipping through the Lightroom Presets when I saw a high key process that really caught my eye, so I rolled with it.

I like experimenting too, but every technique doesn't work for every situation.

It would help if the subject was in focus.
