G10 Defect VERTICAL Lines?

Hi:

My G10 was affected by last year's recall and I had sent it in and gotten it back from the service center. Now, my question is this: The recall I believe manifested in HORIZONTAL noise, but now I am getting VERTICAL lines -- these commonly appear indoors and I think they are caused by ambient lighting, but I am wondering if they are caused by a defect, or whether such vertical lines -- pinkish in hue -- are a natural result of ambient light interference.

Thanks for any advice or thoughts.

Are the lines showing up just on the lcd or on the pictures themselves?
