Is there any setting in LR3 to ignore certain file type when import?
I store my movies on a different directory and I don't want them to mix with picture files.

I don't think there is a "smart ignore" of supported file types when importing...other than the ignore duplicates and the option to not treat jpegs as separate from Raws. Tony

It would be much easier if I can sort by file type on the import dialog. Of course, configurable file type will be best. It's trivial to add such support. I can't believe it's not there in the first place.

And can't you select a Sort order, like you do with the normal grid? If so, you can sort by file type and quickly select the CR2s to import and leave the video files alone, right? Tony
