I'm at a restaurant in Luquillo, PR called Don Pepe and I'm doing the breakfast menu... here is my favorite plate... PANCAKES!!!.. yeah!

It's very hard to get a photo of something like syrup and not having a reflection. I think that even with a reflector I will have some glares in there.
