Used 055MF3 + Used 488RC2 -OR- New 055XPROB + New 498RC2?

Let's say you could buy each combo for about the same price, around $310. Which would you get, and why?

Used 055MF3 + Used 488RC2
Or
New 055XPROB + New 498RC2

I like that the 055MF3 is about a pound lighter than the 055XPROB. But from my searches in this forum, many people seemed to not like the legs of the 055MF3.

Which legs would have better stability and vibration reduction? For vibrations, I would assume the 055MF3 would at least be slightly better?

This would be my first tripod and I would use it for long exposures reaching up to around 6 minutes, scapes, macro. In urban areas, as well as in the country.

So what would you pick and why?
