Its a scam, someone was asking the same questions about the same advert the other day.
This is $11,000 worth of kit with a used value of $8000 for $2000.
The words bent and corkscrew spring to mind

It won't be a bank, it'll be a Western Union transfer.

It is funny, I did not expect a reply back, the first thing I asked for was a phone number to talk about the details more, I even said I wanted to give my CC over the phone so he could ship today LOL. No reply, you ask for their number, they get scared, damn Nigeria people, or wherever they are, lol.

60 minutes had a good special on Nigerian scammers working out of Houston last year. Every time they catch the guys and deport them, they just come back with a new name. To much money to be had, for too little effort or risk to stay away. Other than toying with them, they aren't good for much.
