You can transmit files to your PC via 3 modes - depending on your overall Setup we can guide you through:
a) FTP -> uploads to a remote server (possibly your Client/Press Organisation/...etc)
b) PTP -> direct connection to a BlueTooth enabled PC/Laptop in your home/office/studio
c) HTTP -> direct to an Internet site for 'Live' on-line viewing

Yes - you can use the EOS Utility to 'PAIR' the camera to your PC/Laptop

2 questions though:
1.> Does your PC/Laptop support BlueTooth Connectivity?
2.> What is the exact model of the WFT that you have?

Hi Cham
Thanks. I have the WFT E4IIA one. I bought a blue tooth USB device for the WFT to use for on -camera geotag. but I don;t want to use it anymore that way.
If I need it for my lap top, I guess I can use this USB blue tooth thing. But does the WFT alone emit blue tooth ? - If not, I guess I will need another one of this USB blue tooth thing to get my WFT to talk to my laptop? How about just using USB cable ?

The WFT E4IIA does have built-in BLUETOOTH so it can be used for:
1.> for the GPS Geotagging feature
2.> for remote transfer of photo files to Computer systems
3.> Remote Live View
4.> Linked multi-camera shooting

The EOS utility will let you transfer the images from camera to computer very simply.
This is the fastest method and of course, it is a tethered connection.
To transmit the images without the cable (an ideal scenario) - which was your original enquiry...

So, the camera has Bluetooth capability once you attach the WFT-4iiA. Your Laptop has built-in Bluetooth. All we need to do is set these up so that the photos/images are transmitted from camera to Laptop. ---> EASY !!

1.> We must establish a connection between the camera and the computer
2.> Then you can automatically 'transfer' the images (on-the-fly whilst shooting to this computer)

Let me know when you are ready - should take about 1 hr to complete, test and trouble-shoot.
I WILL remain available.

What Firmware Version do you have ?

I will be guiding you through the Steps listed in the Manual from P.21 onwards
