I took my girlfriend to San Francisco this weekend for some fun around town. The weather on Saturday couldn't have been perfect for SF. High 60's most of the day, clear skys, and plenty of people on the streets. The PP is new for me. I wanted to go black and white since the light was harsh, but I also wanted to keep some color.

C&C welcome and please let me know what you think about the PP.

The overall color reminds me of old faded photographs from my grandfathers snapshot collection.

Number 7 is cool. One thing that hit me about this picture is how it would look if you muted all the colors (as you have done) except the red color of the bridge. Then the bridge would be the focal point and dominate the picture because it is, at least in my mind, the central theme.

I love Canon!

I love the coloring of these photos. You definitely captured the essence of SF. Very nice.

I see what you're saying, but that's not the Golden Gate Bridge :p Its the Bay Bridge on the other side of the city. Click for more info! (external link)

Hmmm. Indeed. And after Googling pix of this bridge in color, your muted tone pix do it quite a bit of justice. It's an awesome bridge, and I absolutely love bridges, but it's not the visual stunner that the GGB. Sweet picture, nice job!

For my reference and others who may not know, the Oakland Bay Bridge:

Some nice shots here! I personally love these bleached out colors. Well done.
