Presenting Print to Client

I will be shooting a rather large wedding this coming weekend.
Because of the willingness of the clients, and the ease of communication with them, I am thinking about giving them an 11x14 maybe 16x20 print of their favorite wedding photo.
My question for you is; how would I present the print to them? Should I have it printed on thin, yet stiff, foam-core? Should I print it on photo-paper and just matte it for them? Or should I just hand them the print itself?

Any/all help would be appreciated. :)
