Dreary winter afternoon in West Asheville.

I love it. I work right next to a NS yard just north of St. Louis in Granite City IL. Get to see these on a daily basis.

Thanks...I don't get to see the trains as often as I would like. I enjoy spending an hour or two checking out activity in the yard. Asheville is pretty small as far as yards go, but we occasionally get some interesting things passing through.

Actually, the afternoon looks pretty nice & it's the dark train that looks dreary on my laptop because of the brightness in the sky?

Definitely was a dreary day....I was ready to crawl back in bed. :lol: Looks ok on a calibrated desktop and prints very nicely.
