I understand that it may be worth that much, but who is honestly going to pay for it?

If no-one will pay it, they ain't worth it.

cheers, juice (Canon shooter, Elinchrom lighter, but pretty much agnostic on brands.)

Isnt that why theyre worth 20mill, because someone will pay that for them...

Thanks Boss and all other people who commented on my baby pic. I tell you what it is tough working with babies thats 4 sure, esp when working solo. Haven't really got any embarrassing ones except every time his nappy is off he plays with his willy. So i have a few shots of that going on, like father like son i guess.. just jokes...maybe... haha.

I like it a lot Adam... The colour has good depth and it is contrasty. Has a calming effect for me. ;)

coalcliff wrote in post #10616439 (external link)
@ Adam, I would try and make the sky pop a bit more, (and have a model for foreground interest!;) )

JustinLawrence wrote in post #10616590 (external link)
I like it Adam, kind of weird horizon created from the waterline though.

L.J.G. wrote in post #10616620 (external link)
I like it as well Adam. There's enough interest in the rocks and rock pools in the foreground to give it enough interest to elevate it above boring. The sky works for me as well with a hint of colour through the cloud formation.

I like the shot Adam

Rai33 wrote in post #10616703 (external link)
Adam, maybe need to selectively brighten some areas and add some colour. Suggestion for next time would be to place something close to the camera as a point of interest (eg. an interesting rock etc)

Thanks guys. Still a noob with this landscape stuff. I had already tried to pop it a bit but I guess it needed a bit more. Justin - the waterline isn't the horizon but it's hard to tell as the horizon is kinda dark. Good point Rai.

I've uploaded a re-edited version.

Digging those clouds in the first one!

Second, but the fence kinda ruins it. Might look ok in high-key B&W too.

Holiday plans coming along nicely now.... :)
and accommodation in LA and San Fran for the last week...!
Bring on November!

Be sure to head to priceline.com - they do great hotels in both LA and SF for a lot less than you'll find elsewhere.

I'm going to be in the Bay Area in September and can't wait to get back there! I'll also be flying down to LA for one day to do a photo session, but thankfully I don't have to stay there :D
