Wow Rai, that is beautiful.

Care to share a basic set-up explanation?

Also, to add the weird little habits we were talking about earlier (with regard to Juice and myself) and surely a lot of others thinking about light when they're just wandering around, I've now found myself paying close attention to catch lights in eyes. This is either in advertising bill boards, shop windows, magazines etc. It's quite interesting.

When you stop to sketch a lighting diagram from the catch lights in the eyes of the poster you know you in trouble.

Beauty shot of an Aussie model (Veronica@Dallys) for my Aussie POTN friends.

I was going to post a shot from today's session, but there's just no comparison. Gorgeous work as usual Rai.

Nice! I didn't get a percentage when I passed mine, I assumed they'd removed it. Pretty pointless anyway. Having the boxes of what they think you need to work on with a tick next to it works better. I only had 2 boxes ticked and both related to the fact that there was very little traffic around, so I wasn't fussed about it.

How's that Hilux coming along? ;)

Ignoring the strange phrasing, the crop suggestion is spot-on, I reckon.

cheers, juice (Canon shooter, Elinchrom lighter, but pretty much agnostic on brands.)

yep, and I agree the 2nd image is by far the better in their current forms. Surely tho someone can use the word 'nipples' (if thats what the naughty parts are .. not really sure..) especially in a GnN forum where the emphasis is on photography and immature behaviour is discouraged..

NIPPLES!

There, my part in the culture wars, counteracting Americans.

Mind you, the Herald Sun the other day used "a***" for "arse", but saw fit to print "piss off" in the same article, so I have no idea any more. And I'm a journalist.

And the image is SOOC too!:p

Top work Mr Mondo,
Often I dislike the head on the diagonal as it reminds me of some people with disabilities that we host each year, but the lighting makes this pose work with the shadow on the natural downside!

@ Cam(ry).... Oh what a feeling!
