ok i'll be the 1st the 1st image is all pix-elated looks like a drawing instead of a photo,the 2nd the skin tones are yellowish and green,the last umm well doesnt look like anything special thanks for sharing.

i dont care for background in 1 because her expression is sort of bored/tired. just delete it :-)
second is not bad with some correction. convert it to b&w, just an option
avoid light through leaves for your model face

I also like #2...just give it a quick white balance if you shot it in RAW.
