Just two weeks ago I was talking with someone about not seeing any Red Headed Woodpeckers in many years. Three days later I head out for a fishing vacation and what is is first thing I see when I get out of my car?

This is one I wish we had down here in large numbers, I saw one about 3 years ago and haven't seen any since. Great shots.

Thanks again for the comments. I was glad to get some shots of the Red Head because I was hoping to get a shot of the elusive Pileated Woodpecker that lives in the area but I never saw it.
