where do you get the forum software from

I want to start my own forum about interior design and quicte like this fourm software. I have seen the same used other places.

Can I ask were do you get it from and do you require any special dedicated server or such.

VBulletin is not free, go to their web site and check the prices, you also need MySQL or other DB
