Not that I know of, though try Irfanview.

Tell us what you're trying to achieve, perhaps we can suggest another way to do it.

irfanview won't install on my computer. not sure why.
anyways, i have a heap of photos from an event and they've been cropped etc. i want to load smaller previews onto facebook to show people. originals are too big to load, so i want to decrease size by percentage to load them but keep original elsewhere.
can't work out a way to batch resize by percentage so may be in for the long haul?

Percentage is pointless. Facebook size is 720 pixels on the longest edge. Use File > Scripts > Image Processor to do it.

That's not the best way to do it. In Photoshop use the image processor (file -> scripts), set the maximum size to 700 in both dimensions, and it will resize all images so the longest side is 700 pixels correctly keeping the aspect ratio. Easy :)

Edit - Damo beat me to it. I said 700 instead of 720 just to be safe.

Google "FastStone Image Resizer". It's totally free. and does a bunch of other things besides resize images by percentage too.

ACDSee can do it by percentage as well.

Picture Window Pro resizes by percentage. Not free, but a excellent pixel editor at a reasonable price.

My approach is to set a size in pixels -- that way my images come out fit for where I want to put them. A percentage will still depend on the original size and so may or may not fit. No, I don't use a program that does a percentage resize, can't help you there, but you may consider the idea that a percentage is not your most efficient approach when setting a pixel size will get all your images to fit in the desired "window" in one sweep.

Happy to help :) It's always a good idea to say what you're trying to achieve rather than asking really specific questions, sometimes people can save you a bunch of time, especially when it comes to Photoshop :)
