Mine fits a Nikon D80 with a 80-200 2.8 lying on the side (Sorry haven't tried the Canon equivalent yet). No problem fitting quite big zooms in it. But check the hight. My 80-200 is about the tallest lens a can fit standing up.

Сhoose Domke F-803 or F-3x. If you are able to fit the camara with the 70-300 standing, you may be able to Get these three lenses in a three compartment insert (fa230) or stack them as mentioned. But i think a f-3x may be better since its also nice to have room for some extra bits and pieces. But why have only one bag, you sooner or later end up with both any way ( bagholism)

The F-803 is only specified as 4.0" thick, so that bag will bulge out a bit with that size camera.
