Grapefruit (and photoshop problem)

I took this shot today with a Canon EOS rebel XS in sRGB.

Edit: fixed the photoshop problem.

CC welcome. I don't love the banding issues I get on the arms (varies by screen) and I'm not too fond of the shadows the thumbs left on the fore fingers. I took inspiration from misssassylassy: https://photography-on-the.net/forum/showthre​ad.php?t=898038

Interesting idea but I'm finding the streaks on the arms a tad distracting. The options are to lose this section into the background or crop.

I would saturate the grapefruit and de-saturate the arms. Like the concept, though.
