Looking for opinions on Feisol CT-3441SB Traveler tripod

I'm looking on some opinions on CT-3441SB traveler tripod that comes with CB-30C ball head and QP-144750 plate. I found them on eBay for $470 (all together).

I'm basically after a lightweight portable tripod that can hold Gripped 5D II + 70-200 f/2.8 lens.

Any reviews on that?
