Cool car, would have liked to see more on that windy looking road though.

Do everyone else's images look too light to you? Either you've gone over the deep end with the PP, or maybe you've lost your monitor calibration.

The last two are a little dark, but I definitely didn't go off the deep end with PP.

Not into that at all.

I've seen these on three different monitors and they look fine on all of them. No one else has complained about them being dark either on any other forum.

Thanks for the replies guys.

I guess better under than overexposed because it's easier to correct.

Actually its better to over expose than under expose, just as long as you don't blow out the highlights on your histogram. When you under expose, you lose the ability to recover as much detail

And you boost any noise in the image, too. It can be especially noticeable in the 'properly exposed' black areas.

but I definitely didn't go off the deep end with PP.

It looks to me as if you boosted the saturation, & you have artifacts to the left of the headlights in #s 1, 2, & 5.

Didn't even touch or think about touching saturation.

Only thing I really did was lighten via Levels and sharpen a bit.

That's strange. Did you shoot jpeg with in camera processing?

Yeah...

I think it could be a mix of my Parameters being off and just being way too underexposed. :(

It's been a while since I've shot any pictures, and it doesn't help that these were spur of the moment during mid-day. I was out driving back roads to break in my new tires and randomly found this cool spot. Hopefully do better next time. :)
