They were helpful and offered a full replacement. The second was just recently. I bought a used 1D3 from them. When I got the camera, there was all sorts of visible dust at f/6.3!! Yes, it's a used camera, but visible dust at 6.3? I had a dozen spots in every shot I had to clone out. Doubleshot Photography

I've ordered two times in past 6 months and both times I chose a faster shipping option than their free UPS ground option. Both times they shipped it via UPS ground, even though I really needed the items faster (I paid for the faster shipping, after all!). Sony A7r
