is the BEST!!! So is HelenOster!!! She helped me tremendously with a return. If anybody wants quality service, and real people that care, use Adorama. If there is ever a problem, they will help out in any way they can. Thank you Helen!!!

I must add my vote!

Very happy with the help I received from Helen and Fred at Adorama. They came up with a good fix -- so I bought 2 products at very reasonable charge.
The issue I raised was shipping cost was high.
(No free shipping to Canada).
They found an innovative way using USPS instead of couriers to substantially reduce the shipping cost.

I'm a happy customer and have told other Cdn photographers so!

I've had problems with Adorama online, and I didn't really care for their customer service (or lack there of), but I've shopped in store many times and appreciated their service.

Adorama on ebay sucks. Took them so long to process your order. THUMB DOWN!

I've dealt with Adorama customer service twice. The first time was regarding a grip. They were helpful and offered a full replacement. The second was just recently. I bought a used 1D3 from them. When I got the camera, there was all sorts of visible dust at f/6.3!! Yes, it's a used camera, but visible dust at 6.3? I had a dozen spots in every shot I had to clone out.

I contacted Helen directly, explained what happened, and a reasonable solution was reached as of this morning. I couldn't be happier. I don't see any reason to shop anywhere else. Their prices are competitive, they have everything in stock, and they are 2 for 2 in customer service.

A+ for my adorama experience so far. Although the phone wait can take a while.

Maybe you guys got lucky with Adorama, but they keep screwing up my orders. I've ordered two times in past 6 months and both times I chose a faster shipping option than their free UPS ground option. Both times they shipped it via UPS ground, even though I really needed the items faster (I paid for the faster shipping, after all!).
Adorama did issue a credit, and I got an apology for this the first time, but why again??? I also understand that they process many orders each day, but how come B&H never, ever made a mistake like this. And, so far, I have made 20-30 orders with B&H. I will open another thread with my complaint, but this is just a heads up for everyone who claims that Adorama has the best service. Don't really think so...
