It may be too late, but I was just thinking, (or the MacGyver in me was) my other hobby is RC planes, I have 2 multi chargers for lithium batteries and have in the past used them to charge other appliances such as leaf blowers and portable charging units.

Looking at my XSI battery, if I was in your position, I would take 2 T Pins, or large needles and insert them to the slots on the battery and then hook up alligator clips to them. Then I would set my charger to Lion @ 7.4 volts and 1.5 amps.. Then BAM, it would be charged in roughly 20 minutes.

So if your still around town, you may be able to find an RC hobby shop around. I think Hobby Town is open Sundays.

That's what the MacGyver in me would do at least.

Best of luck and sorry for your troubles...

Kenny..

I used to have RC helis, and I thought about what you're suggesting, and will keep it in mind as last resort. I still have about 260 miles to drive, but I'm not leaving Phoenix until 11 am, so uf anyone still have it let me know. Thanks for all of you!

Do they have radio Shak out there? They have lots of multi battery chargers that I have used in the past for my cameras.

You should atleast try Fry's Electronic since you are going to be passing by it. Maybe you could find a grip and AA battery holder and use AA battery?

Outstanding..!! So glad it worked out for you. I was wondering how it went. Be sure to post some pictures. I leave for that area on Thursday..
Was it very crowded. I booked one tour with Roger Ekis then cancelled it for Carol Bigthumb for a more intimate experience if there is such a thing.

Here are some of the pictures:

Also the Antelope Canyon tour was kind of crowded. I made the reservation the same day morning, so they didn't have time for the 12PM tour where I could capture the light beam shining in, but it seemed like it didn't even matter, cause people were walking right through my shots. Other than that it was great. We drove 1400 miles in 3,5 days.
Things worked out well, make sure you have plenty to drink if you go on a hike though.
Thanks again!

Very nice photos! Well done.

Funny but I had almost "same" situation at same location. I drove by rental car from Phoenix to Tucson just to notice that I left my camera battery to the hotel room.

I was quite pissed...Called stores in every city, we were gonna pass through, and couldn't believe that I can't get a charger for a T2i on Sunday in a big city like Phoenix.

Nice pictures indeed! I like the clouds in the horse shoe.

Thanks, apparently they were a little dark, so they've been fixed and reloaded.
By the way, I did try Fry's but they only had a grip for 5D I guess.

It was my best guess at the moment. If the post was a little before 5, I could of ran down to Tempe Camera which is literally down the street from where I was at and maybe picked it up for you. But glad everything ended well!

I was in same situation in NYC... as they say in real estate, location is everything.
