Any U.S vendor for Manfrotto spare parts? 486RC2 vs. 496RC2?

Does anyone know if there's a U.S. vendor for Manfrotto spare parts (other than Manfrotto themselves)? I was not aware that there are parts inside the knob that fix the ball in place (stupid of me trying to undo it at random). The parts came out and I couldn't find them. Now I'm unable to use the head.

I'm told the 496RC2 replaces 486RC2. What are the main differences between them? I'm going to get the 496 if there is no part available for my current head. Thanks

Ok... I found the exploded view of the 486RC2 on the Manfrotto site.

Now I'm not sure which part do I need. R486.08 is the knob before the parts that holds the ball in place, but not sure if R029.56 is the actual stuff that's behind the knob.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks
