Too bad. On the bright side, it gives you more time to do a nice port & balance job on the 289.

I really thought this looked like the ideal vehicle to slip it in. The owners think otherwise, but they did say they would let me know if they had a change of heart. Guess now the search shifts to locating a 1956 F-100.
