Thanks. It was a 16-35mm L but I shoot a crop body. I am saving some pennies for a Tokina 11-16mm.

It is a very nice neighborhood here in Jacksonville. I may be shooting another in there as the agent who hired me is the broker for the whole community. It's gated with a guard so I can't just drive in or I'd go shoot the clubhouse, etc. I'll see if she can get me in to shoot the other areas.

It's also got a killer golf course! Hell, killer golf courses are everywhere here in FL... :)

You might want to take some time and photography the facilities in the community and use them each time. That way you can always have them, not to mention you can shoot them on a perfect day. I found it gets to be a pain when you try to shoot things like the pool areas and it's packed with people that day.

I keep "stock" photos of things like main gates, clubhouses.....ect. for gated communities.

Well I snagged a shoot this Saturday. Can't wait to take my new Sigma 12-24 for a test run. I'm really looking forward to it. What little I've played with it so far it is a significant improvement over the kit lens. Seems to have better color as well as sharpness.

Will post some pics next week when I get done with them.

Pentax Kx, Sigma 12-24 4.5-5.6, Pentax 18-55 1:3.5-5.6, Asahi Pentax-M 1:2 50mm.
See I do own a => Canon Powershot A630, Sigma EF 530 Super.

Exactly what I was thinking. Should have thought about it when I did the shoot (was alternating between overcast and the clouds you saw in the backyard shot). Was poor planning (or lack of) on my part.

It is Java... Looks like this is the bit to study.

loadImage1 = new Image();
loadImage1.src = " http://mikekelley.squarespace.com/storage/1b.jpg";
staticImage1 = new Image();
staticImage1.src = " http://mikekelley.squarespace.com/storage/1a.jpg";

This is a snip of code from one of the images... May want to google something like 'mouseover image change java' or something to that effect - I am sure that there are a ton of tutorials out there.

Mike - if you want me to remove this, just say the word...

'Ey. Yeah, no worries, it's javascript and a mouseover command. I had to scour the internet for way too long to get that to work, so I'm not going to post everything about it here, but it should be clear after looking at the source code for a bit.

Thanks. Not sure I'm ready for something like this but it's nice to know it can be done...

simple span around a static image with a mouseover and mouseout events on the span tag replacing the source. nice for people to see the difference in the before and after right there where they can look at parts of the image at a time to see all the changes. good work mike.

Yes, he was explaining how to modify the HTML to view a before and after image by simply moving your mouse over the image.
