Referring to kitchen shots above by seaLere...

Both very good, I'd like to see more detail in the cabinet/seating areas though. Some D&B will take care of this.

Second image could use a slight crop to remove some of the railing on the right and some straightening (using the cabinets and window on the left as a reference). This image has a lot of elements on the left side and not much happening with the right.

I agree with the seating area...I tried to incorporate it into some of the photos but it was so far in the corner I really couldn't get behind it and truth be told it was kind of fugly and out of place in that setting. The home builder specifically requested it not be shown haha.

Appreciate the feedback!

Are these HDR? whilst i dont mind it for certain spots. I think when you do it like in these, you lose the warmth and atmosphere of the place. These look a little too bright, i think they would benefit with a more moody approach showing the personality of the place.

Curious, what's your thought process behind lighting a large space with tons of features like a Vegas restaurant/bar?

I disagree. I think they look fine and I suspect the client wants complete information more than "mood".

Yes all were bracketed and some were digitally blended manually; the others were merged using LR HDR Merge. I did strive for a bit darker tone in some of them to emphasize certain key features like the pool table for example. Thank you for the feedback. I did stylize these a bit more than normal.

Thank you. Actually, these were for my own personal use, not for a client. That's why I pushed the artistic effects a bit more than normal.

Well I usually get the background shot, then i will light individual areas that need help.

You can see in this video

Could you have shot these at night?

Try to keep circular elements away from the corners when using wide angles: they'll become ellipses.

Check the color balance on the 3rd image. It goes from warm to cool left to right. The right side must have been close to windows..Other than that, I like em..

Looks nice, I would generally agree with DonJuan about the mood. I don't know that all of these benefit from being super wide. I think you can capture the character of a space more if you do some tighter shots that focus on specific areas. Getting as much information as possible in an image is great for selling the space, but not always desirable when you're trying to showcase the interior design.

Take the 4th shot as an example, there's a lot of empty floor space which isn't adding anything, and although the stairs are cool, I don't think you need that much of them in the frame. You can get the idea by having a hint of them coming in from the side. It would also be nice if you got some light on the seating area in the far side of the restaurant, the pool table is getting lots of window light, but the rest of the space is much darker. Keep in mind that people's eyes are generally drawn to the brightest part of an image, so ideally that bright part will draw the viewer's eye through the space. If the bright part is in the foreground, then your image will have less depth.
