Photo appears really noisy ^^. Was that intentional?

That place looks really awesome though. I could probably spend a few weeks, or months, there.

Yes the sky looks strange, I believe it's smoke rising into the sky from a fire in a field nearby (on the right side) and not clouds and yes the image is not that perfect... I use a very small camera with a very small sensor.
This is the pool of an hotel, inside the building on the picture there is another pool and a spa.

I post pictures I like, I'll never get the quality produced by a Canon 6D.
I like travelling with a camera in my pocket.

a very beautiful city, with good food anywhere and where criminality is close to 0... Italy is number one for food but Austria is probably in the top five, this is just my opinion.

Well he is using a Powershot S95. Small sensor and the camera came out in 2010.

Austria looks really nice. One place id like to visit in the future

So since I got this 17-40 f4 (had the 17-35 2.8), I've noticed that a lot of lights are doing this weird streaking thing. This never happened with my old lens. Any ideas what's going on here? Any easy way to remove this?

Looks like you might have some schmutz on your lens causing this glare. Look for a thin film or something that wouldn't affect the image quality except when light shines through it. If it's not anything like that, then it's hard to say as I have the 17-40 and don't ever have this specific issue. I will say that the lens is pretty susceptible to lens flare in general, but if anything I get those little circles all over the place. For me, lens flare is a huge pain in the ass to retouch, so I would also be curious to see if there's a better way other than plain old cloning/healing.

If a surface you're retouching is a solid color, you can paint it with a brush in PS, then add noise to make it look natural. Your flare here is all over the place, so I doubt that's much help in this instance.

Attempted it with a CPL and with no filter and had the same results.

#2 or 3? Interesting to hear that from a French(wo)man. I would have ranked your country as #2! Regardless, nice shot!

Shot a new giant convenient store/restaurant for a construction company yesterday. Just finished the edits.

Here are 2 of the 3 exteriors I did. No sky replacements.

And a few of the interior. Thing is the nicest gas station I've been in! You can see on the ceiling where I was dealing with that flare. It's unfortunate but oh well.

Underexpose by a stop or 2, that will help you figure out if its the lens. My Tokina is also susceptible to flare on longer interior exposures.

It's still there even when it's severely underexposed.
