I would adjust the composition to the corner of the fridge to show more bar. I would also remove some of the purple tint (unless that's the color of the wall, I can't tell...or maybe it's just my eyes).

^^ Really dig those shots man. Your stuff keeps getting better.

Is the first one ambient only or is it a mixture? Looks really nice and natural.

Only critique I could even think of finding is on the second shot, I can see a bit of artificial look to the wall (near the fireplace)...I might brush some ambient onto that but other than that it's perfect in my opinion.

Thanks bro. The first shot is a blend of 2 ambient shots, 1 for the room and 1 for "the door". Love shooting these designer homes.

^^ Converging lines and composition needs to be your number one focus. Do not aim your camera up or down or you get those messed up lines. Need to level your camera. They all need work on the composition. I feel like there is nothing drawing my interest in the photos I'm just confused as to what I'm supposed to look at.

That's a sweet place to start out on. The converging lines issue is a must-fix, however you can correct for this in post, to a certain degree. The bed room and rec room are too far tilted to be fixable, but just know that there is a time and a place to shoot like that, and then fix it later.

I did a write up the other day for another photographer just starting out in this kind of work, and below is how I would strongly recommend you prioritize your learning.

1. Composition
1a. Choosing a focal length (ie. don't always shoot on 17mm because you can)
2. Staging (interiors)
3. Corrections in post
4. Enhancements in post
5. Lighting

There was a time I thought that if you weren't doing some borderline gimmicky lighting or post-production, you weren't making good interior/exterior photographs, and now that is laughably incorrect. My compositions were sloppy, and I would always shoot as wide as possible, leading to really distorted looking spaces. Now I only shoot super wide when it's absolutely necessary, otherwise I try to use 24mm or longer when possible.

Composition is number 1 on this list, because you can't have a great interior/exterior image without it. You can light the sh*t out of it, you can stage it immaculately, you can spend hours in post, but if the composition is bad, it will all be for naught. An image with great composition, but no added lighting will almost always be better than the previous example.

Staging is a similar issue, if you have a good composition, but sloppy staging, your final image will not be good. So many beginners, and even folks with experience overlook this one.

Lighting interiors can be really tricky, and I put it as your last priority, because there are endless ways to do it poorly. You have to deal with balancing color temperatures of different light sources, and then figuring out how much light to add, and in what scenarios. Be conservative at first, until you really get a good feel on how to use strobes or hot lights.

Learning how to do proper corrections in post, will really help inform you on how/where/when you should be adding light. It might sound boring, but you should only start using post to further enhance pictures, after you've got the basics on how to do corrections, such as perspective correction, lens distortion, chromatic aberration, selective color correction, and the list goes on.

Generally just start simple, with a good foundation, and the complex stuff will make more sense in time.
