I think it's a tad too centered, maybe extend the flower a little further into the upper right of the frame, but I really like the stem's entry point into the frame. What kind of flower is it? It reminds me of a firework.

Your experimental shots are better than my best shots :(


Canon 7D...28-135mm IS...70-300mm...and a desire for a lot more...with a wallet that does not fit that desire...

we love the color version but agree a different crop may be better.

Thanks for all the comments guys :) I must admit i kind of like the crop there because it leaves the flower open and i think brings more definition to the flower, but at the same time leaves too much space. So might try a few with different crops :D
