Which Domke Bag?

I've searched for all types of bags, bought and sold bags, and have yet to find the one I like using. I think Domke might be a good fit, being more inconspicuous (to an extent) than many other bags, and I'd like to give them a try.

I'm looking to carry:
40D + 17-40 attached
50mm 1.8
430EXII
[55-250 // 70-200]** If I decided to keep the 55-250 or buy a 70-200 to replace it. Not too sure here though. I can do without both of these for now.
A few little things like a rocket blower and stuff too (all of which could probably fit the the pock in the front) but primarily those things I've listed.

Will this work?

Also, to all who have this bag, I'm interested on how it may look against the body. I'm not a big guy, 5'8 with a slim build. I don't want it to seem over sized against my body (however this may be unavoidable unless you go with backpacks). If you could contribute photos, I'd greatly appreciate it. Also, how comfortable would you say the bag is on your shoulder?

If another bag will work better whether it is a Domke or not, please share.

Domke F2 will give you plenty of space and some more to upgrade. I'd get the F2 and order another large compartment padded insert. So you can put the extra lens (70-200 will fit detached) in the 4 compartment insert and the 40D with 17-40 attached (or 50 mm) in the large compartment insert.

The advantage of Domke bags are they are inconspicuous and form around the body. The strap is the best design I've seen on a messenger type bag. They are not bulky and they do not protrude like a lot of bags that incorporate a lot of padding. Its not weatherproof and won't protect your gear if you drop it from 6 feet but is very secure, makes no noise getting in and out, and is also a very cool and roomy bag with a lot of pockets and dividers.

I have 2 Domkes--F3X and F2.

The first carries an amazing amount of gear; it's very efficient.

If I could suggest a change to Tiffen-Domke it would be to put the rubber grip strips on both sides of the strap.

I've been a Domke customer for 20 years--but these are my first bags. They're the easiest and best I've ever had to work out of.

I agree the F3X carries an amazing amount in a small package another Domke to look at is the F-5XC for something slimmer.

F3x will do nicely with all that and the 55-250 or the 70-200 (f/4). If you go for the f/2.8 you might want to move to the F2 though.

Another vote for the Domke F3x or F2. I have them both. I prefer the inside configuration of the F3x and the one closure and the fact it's just a little bit smaller. When I travel, however, and want to go prepared with more of my lenses I grab the F2. Both are inconspicuous, wonderful to work out of and form against your body when you carry them so they feel and appear smaller. The strap is awesome.
